Scope and contact
These terms describe use of the SI Analytics website and learning portal. Contact SI Analytics at contact@sianalytics.org. Programme-specific purchase terms identify the service, price, schedule and access requirements. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
These terms do not retrospectively replace an existing purchase agreement. Review purchase-specific conditions before checkout and ask us about any inconsistency.
Accounts and access
Provide accurate details and protect your credentials. Do not impersonate others, share paid access or bypass enrolment restrictions. A free account does not unlock paid programmes. Authenticator-based two-factor authentication is optional; once enabled, it may be required for protected actions.
Availability, access duration, software requirements and additional costs depend on the programme. Review its description before enrolling and ask about anything unclear.
Learning and certificates
Submit your own work, acknowledge sources and follow assessment instructions. Video progress, grades, instructor review and certificate approval are separate. A completed video or provisional average does not guarantee a certificate.
Employment, professional licensing, university credit or accreditation is not promised unless documented for a specific programme. Any administrative charge for a free-course certificate must be disclosed before purchase; this page does not introduce a fee.
Materials and submissions
Use course materials for the learning purposes and licences authorised by the programme. Do not redistribute paid lessons or third-party copyrighted material without permission. External resources remain subject to their owners' licences.
You retain rights you hold in original submissions. We use submissions for learning delivery, assessment, support and administration. Submitting coursework does not grant blanket permission for public marketing use.
Payments and service changes
Review prices, currency, instalments, delivery and cancellation conditions before paying. Our Refunds & Cancellations page describes how to request review. Account deletion does not itself cancel payments or create a refund.
If delivery changes materially or purchased access fails, contact us about remedies under your purchase terms and applicable law. Nothing here removes mandatory consumer protections.
Responsible use and complaints
Do not harass others, upload malicious files, scrape private learner information or attempt unauthorised access. Follow the Community & Learning Guidelines. Report security concerns privately to contact@sianalytics.org.
Access may be restricted to protect users or investigate misuse. Contact support to request review of an access or assessment decision, explain the issue and requested resolution, and avoid sharing unnecessary personal information. Applicable complaint and legal remedies remain available.
