Essential storage
The portal uses browser storage for authentication and security. Interface and navigation preferences may also be stored. Clearing site data may sign you out or reset preferences. Cookies in this notice includes similar technologies such as local storage.
Supabase authentication storage uses a project-specific sb- prefix. Session validity and refresh are managed separately from browser-storage persistence. Sign out or clear site data to remove local authentication information.
Optional analytics cookies
Google Analytics loads only after you allow optional public-site analytics. It uses _ga and _ga_* cookies for browser and session measurement, configured with a 180-day lifetime that may renew during consented visits. They are not essential for learning access.
Analytics measures public page views, approximate country, campaign labels, navigation and engagement. No Google Analytics script is loaded in portal pages. Form answers and account identifiers are not included in our Google events. Advertising signals and ad personalisation are disabled. Deleting a cookie does not erase historical Google-held data.
Preference storage
si_public_ga_consent_v1 stores acceptance or refusal in local storage for 180 days. It is not an advertising identifier. si-analytics-opt-out stores a separate exclusion preference for aggregate counts until changed or site data is cleared.
Choices are browser-specific. A different browser or cleared storage may require a new choice. Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control disable our optional Google measurement and aggregate public tracking.
Change cookie settings
Use Cookie settings below to allow or decline optional analytics. Declining does not remove learning access. Withdrawal stops the integration and removes accessible Google analytics cookies for this site. It does not erase earlier Google-held data or portal learning records.
Our separate aggregate measurement stores daily public-page and approximate-country totals for 90 days without per-visitor identifiers in that database. Use Traffic measurement & privacy to exclude this browser from those counts.
Embedded and external services
YouTube videos, checkout and external sites may receive network information and use their own storage when accessed. Google Analytics consent is not consent to every third-party service. Review provider notices and browser controls before using those services.
This notice does not claim every embed is cookie-free or that Google consent controls all third-party storage. Contact contact@sianalytics.org about a particular service.
