GDPR & Privacy Rights

How to exercise data-protection rights and contact SI Analytics.

Policy version · 2026-11-06

When these rights apply

SI Analytics handles privacy requests through contact@sianalytics.org. This page describes EU GDPR and UK GDPR rights where applicable; other local laws may also provide rights. It is a rights notice, not a certification that every legal or technical requirement has been independently audited.

Your rights

Depending on applicable law and processing, you may request access and a copy, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, object to processing, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not make earlier lawful processing unlawful.

Rights have conditions and exceptions. We will explain limitations rather than treating payment status as a blanket exemption. You may raise concerns about an automated decision affecting you and request human review where applicable.

Make a request

Email contact@sianalytics.org with your account email, requested action and enough detail to locate the relevant records. No special form or legal wording is required. We may request proportionate identity or authority verification to protect your information.

Never send passwords, authenticator codes, card numbers or unnecessary identity documents. If acting for someone else, explain your authority. Requests should normally be handled without a fee, subject to lawful exceptions.

Response times

Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, we respond without undue delay and normally within one month, subject to applicable identity-verification and clarification rules. Where legally permitted due to complexity or the number of requests, up to two further months may be needed; we will explain the extension within the initial response period.

If we cannot take the requested action, we will explain why and available complaint options. These response times are separate from account-closure cancellation periods and payment refunds.

Deletion and retained records

Deleting a login does not necessarily erase uploads, payments, backups or provider-held copies. We assess these categories separately and explain necessary retention. Genuinely anonymous training totals may remain without identifying you.

The account-deletion page describes current support-led requests. A future self-service workflow does not replace your rights; you do not need to wait for it to ask for deletion.

Complaints

Contact SI Analytics at contact@sianalytics.org so we can investigate a concern. You may also complain to a relevant supervisory authority without our permission. In the UK this is the Information Commissioner's Office. In the EEA, contact the authority relevant to your residence, workplace or the alleged infringement.

Traffic measurement & privacy

We count public page views to improve this website. Our analytics database stores daily totals by page and approximate country—not individual visits, IP addresses, form details or browser identifiers. Hosting providers process network requests under their own retention policies. We do not use this measurement for advertising or session recordings. Totals are retained for 90 days.

This does not measure unique people or connect your browsing into a journey. You can exclude this browser below. We also respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control.
