Check the programme price, currency, instalments, dates, access period and purchase-specific cancellation conditions. Ask contact@sianalytics.org if anything is unclear. This page does not introduce an undisclosed fee or blanket no-refund rule.
Request a review
Email contact@sianalytics.org with your account email, programme, payment reference, purchase date and requested outcome. Explain duplicate charges, access problems or service issues. Do not send card numbers, passwords or authenticator codes.
We review purchase terms, payment status, delivery and applicable consumer rights and explain the outcome. For approved refunds we provide relevant processing information. This page does not promise a universal refund amount or provider processing time.
Consumer rights
Mandatory rights remain in place. Cancellation rules depend on location and whether the purchase involves digital content, live teaching or other services. Starting a video does not alone establish waiver of all cancellation rights.
Any consent required for immediate delivery must be addressed in the purchase process. A proposed 14-day account-deletion cancellation period is not a statement of purchase-cancellation rights.
Account closure is separate
Account deletion does not automatically request a refund or cancel instalments. Tell support if you also want a payment arrangement reviewed. Keep your order reference outside the portal before requesting removal.
