Request help now
Email contact@sianalytics.org to request deactivation, login removal or erasure of personal data. State the outcome you want; identity verification may be necessary. Self-service closure and scheduled erasure are not yet enabled. A request does not silently start an automated countdown.
Free-only learners
Free-only learners can request removal of their account and linked personal data, including relevant uploads. Support reviews the records and confirms what was removed and whether limited information must be retained.
A self-service workflow with a 14-day cancellation period is planned. It is not live. If introduced, the account screen will show the deadline and cancellation controls. Failed or incomplete cleanup must not be represented as completed deletion.
Paid learners
Accounts with programme or payment records require administrative review. The existing login-removal action does not reliably remove uploaded files or all associated information. It is not a complete data wipe or proof that every record was archived.
Paid learners can still request erasure of retained personal data. Payment is not an indefinite-retention exemption. Necessary payment, dispute, credential or legal records are assessed separately, with the relevant reason explained.
Anonymous statistics
SI Analytics may keep genuinely anonymous training totals after deletion, without names, emails, account identifiers or uploaded work. Enrolments and verified completions must remain separate statistics.
The planned automatic post-deletion statistics mechanism is not yet live. This notice does not claim previously deleted accounts have been retrospectively counted. Identifiable archived records remain personal information.
Backups and confirmation
Provider backups, payment services and externally published copies need separate assessment. Some records may remain for an applicable obligation or unresolved dispute. We explain relevant limitations rather than promise immediate deletion from every system.
Closure does not automatically cancel payments or request a refund. Privacy requests are available to both free and paid learners. See GDPR & Privacy Rights for request and complaint information.
