SI Analytics · October 2026 cohort
Turn raw data into clear findings, reproducible reports and interactive dashboards with R. Build a portfolio project with guidance from SI Analytics.
Practical skills. Work you can show.
For beginners, researchers and professionals who want to analyse data and communicate evidence with R.
The learning journey
The first 8 weeks combine active workshops, preparation, code-along practice and feedback. The final 2 weeks focus on self-paced consolidation and your capstone.
Plan for 2–3 hours of weekly pre-work, a 2-hour workshop in the active phase, and assignment time. Weekly technical-help sessions support your practice.
These are learning modules, not a one-module-per-week timetable. Read the brochure for the full programme outline.
Read the R brochureRStudio setup, data types and structures, control flow, functions, exploratory analysis and responsible AI-assisted coding.
The grammar of graphics, chart selection, themes, facets, annotations and publication-ready visualisation.
Filter, group, summarise, join and reshape data; handle missing values and build reliable cleaning workflows.
Combine code, narrative and results in Quarto; create parameterised reports and publish with GitHub Pages.
Bring interactive charts and tables together in a branded Quarto dashboard and prepare it for deployment.
Apply the full workflow to a real dataset, explain your findings and publish your final analytics project.
Learn from anywhere
Join our global online cohort from wherever you learn. R and Python share the same timetable, automatically converted to your browser timezone, including local day changes and daylight saving.

Everyone joins at the same instant worldwide. Our fixed schedule is 18:00 UTC for workshops and 17:00 UTC for technical help. Conversions use the opening workshop on 18 October and a help-session reference on 24 October; invitations confirm which dates have sessions.

Build evidence of your learning through practice, assignments and a capstone. Certificate eligibility requires a minimum 80% overall assessment score and completion of the programme requirements—not simply watching 80% of the videos.
Your programme includes guided live instruction, code-along activities, assignment feedback, community support and curated learning resources.
Choose your payment option
Select the first 4 weeks, 8 weeks or the full 10-week programme on Selar. Current prices, available currencies and instalment terms are shown there before you pay.
All three buttons open the R product page so you can select the appropriate option. R and Python have separate checkout links. Partial-payment options do not change the 10-week programme length.
These programmes begin with foundations. Bring a computer, a reliable internet connection and time to practise between sessions.
No. There are 8 weeks of active workshops and 2 weeks of self-paced learning and capstone work. Weekly technical help supports the learning process; your cohort invitations confirm individual sessions.
No. Choose the pathway that fits your goals. Each has its own curriculum, brochure and Selar payment page.
Your existing programme and enrolment remain in the learning portal. The October public campaign does not replace your current lessons.
